Ed Freysinger, MHSA
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Ed Freysinger joined St. Joseph's in November 2021 as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
An experienced healthcare leader, Freysinger came to St. Joe’s from UP Health System - Portage, a Lifepoint facility in Hancock, Michigan, where he served as CEO. Prior to his position at UP Health System - Portage, Freysinger served as CEO at PeaceHealth Ketchikan Medical Center in Ketchikan, Alaska, and as CEO at Providence Hood River Memorial Hospital in Hood River, Oregon.
Freysinger holds a Master of Health Services Administration (MHSA) from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University. He has served on the Executive Committee for the Alaska State Hospital and Nursing Home Association, the Southeast Michigan Health and Hospital Council, and was past president of the Hospital Emergency Management Systems in Wayne, Michigan.
Taylor Rudd, MSHA, MBA
Chief Operating Officer
Taylor Rudd serves as St. Joseph's Chief Operating Officer (COO) and is responsible for providing administrative direction for operations, implementing new policies, and recommending improvements to hospital facilities.
Prior to joining St. Joe's, Taylor was the Director of Hospital Operations at another Catholic hospital in Napa, California, with a similar name – St. Joseph Health, Queen of the Valley Medical Center.
Taylor holds a Master of Science in Health Administration and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science with an emphasis in Public Health from Brigham Young University - Idaho in Rexburg. He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).
Holly Urban, MSN, RN
Chief Nursing Officer
Holly Urban, MSN, RN, serves as St. Joseph's Chief Nursing Officer (CNO). Holly is responsible for providing administrative oversight and accountability for professional nursing practice, operations, and performance improvement.
With nearly 40 years of nursing experience, Holly has extensive clinical experience in the perioperative setting, surgical trauma, post-anesthesia care, and medical and surgical units. She has been a senior-level healthcare executive for the past decade. Holly earned her Master of Science in Nursing, graduating with honors, from Regis University in Denver, Colorado, and attained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Brigham Young University - Idaho in Rexburg.
Aaron Poole, MBA
Chief Financial Officer
Aaron Poole is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at St. Joseph's, responsible for the fiscal operations of the hospital.
Before joining St. Joe's. Aaron was employed by Sutter Health, where he served as the CFO of Delta Medical Center and Eden Medical Center in Northern California. Prior to that, he worked for 10 years with Adventist Health.
Aaron graduated from Clarkston High School before attending and graduating magna cum laude from Walla Walla University for his undergraduate degree in Business Accounting. He earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Davis.
